Bi-State Development and Metro Transit will conduct station design workshops in early December for public input on MetroLink Green Line stations, focusing on design, safety, and amenities.
Metro is installing security gates at existing Metrolink stops, starting in Illinois and expanding to seven Missouri stations. New security measures will also be part of the proposed Green Line’s stations. Public input sessions are planned for the new Green Line, which will connect north and south city neighborhoods. The construction is set to start in 2027, with service projected by 2031.
