Photos: St. Louisans March Against War in Iran

This past Saturday again brought hundreds of St. Louisans to downtown for protest activities. The subject of the demonstrators’ anger was the war between Israel and Iran, which the United States had just entered by bombing multiple nuclear facilities in Iran. This follows Israel’s operation Rising Lion, which saw the Israeli military strike numerous nuclear sites and kill many members of Iran’s military leadership. Overnight, Iran and Israel began a ceasefire agreement. The ceasefire is tenuous, and President Trump has already accused both sides of violating the agreement.
